Niles was very helpful I met Niles in the parking lot of a gas station a few days prior to purchasing our Hyundai. Niles was very polite and professional and when I showed I met Niles in the parking lot of a gas station a few days prior to purchasing our Hyundai. Niles was very polite and professional and when I showed up at the dealership a few days later, he remembered me and made time for me immediately. A couple of days later we went in to buy the car and Niles had everything in order and really worked with us to make sure we got the car we wanted for the price and payments we could afford. Niles was very kind and very professional at all times. I enjoyed working with Niles and have recommended him to a few people already. As someone who does not buy a car very often, once every 10 years or so, I forget how complicated the process is. My only advice to others going to buy a car is to eat a good solid meal first! We only had one challenge and that did not involve Niles, and the challenge we encountered was probably the person doing their job, but it caught us off guard, but again, it did not involve Niles. I will consider Keffer Hyundai for a future car purchase and I will and have recommended Keffer Hyundai to others. More

Other negative comment is on amount of time waiting to pick up car and get into finance office to sign paperwork. Process took far to long, over two hours after everything needed was already faxed to you. ALL your staff was very helpful, cheerful and friendly making for a pleasurable visit. More

I was a little confused about the Certified Pre-Own status. I now know that there is the Hyunda CPO and the Keffer CPO and each offers different privileges. Jame Brown, our sales rep, introduced us to the sedan model of the Genesis. We really were interested in the sedan. James Brown followed up with us on several occasions but we're weren't ready to purchase. On July 7th we decided to purchase. On our arrival at the dealership, James Brown was busy with another customer. Farrrid Coleman was available and quite friendly and knowledgeable. Actually he noticed my interest in the Equis and provided me with all the information on the car. I ended up leasing the Equis. The dealership manager was very informative as well on the car. All three of the individuals we worked with were wonderful. More
