So many to choose from, all of which are expensive, so many factors to consider, etc, etc. The gentleman who assisted us was so patient; took his time to make sure we saw everything that fit within our budget, had the features we wanted, and was comfortable to drive. Paperwork took a little longer than expected, since we were not financing, but other than that, a relatively painless experience! More
used car purchase I bought a used 2013 Hyundai sonata limited Not even owing it 24 hrs on the way home from work (the day after Just purchasing car) with down pouring I bought a used 2013 Hyundai sonata limited Not even owing it 24 hrs on the way home from work (the day after Just purchasing car) with down pouring rain I felt water dripping on me, I happened to look up and see water dripping from middle interior lights Instantly pulled off rd thought maybe sunroof was left open Opening the sunroof cover to the back right corner I could see water dripping into sunroof drain area, and the water just continued leaking onto interior inside car and into the interior overhead lights, I have pictures With the other Hyundai location closer to me I immediately went there to have car looked at They said sence I had Just bought the car and it not even having it a full day to take back to the location I bought car from I then called my sales person Left a message while waiting for the call back it was down pouring rain again and was worried about the leaking Again into interior of car, I called sales person back who said they needed to talk to sales manager and will call me back, I did get a call back and am schedule to take car back and have them look at issue and I will show pictures and further looking at interior fabric there is water stains from leakage on the interior fabric so It's Obviously been an issue, there also is a "stink" to car I tried cleaning interior to get rid of the "stink" and with doing that the front driver and passenger sides mats I noticed felt wet and had moisture up underneath mats, taking mats out to dry I felt the interior carpet and it was sopping wet, Unbelievable and upset there is obviously Mold in the car interior overhead fabric and carpet causing the stink, I'm very upset and will see how this matter gets taken care of from dealership. Comment was made from he other Hyundai dealership that with it being a certified dealership couldn't believe vehicle was sold in that condition and passed the inspection The wet floor carpet should of definitely been noticed and the water stain on the interior overhead fabric, will address this all with dealership when vehicle is taken today 8/10/16 More

Very Disapointed Customer. DO NOT BUY Sold us a used car that had multiple issues days after driving it home and will not take ownership of it. The AC went out less than a month of owning Sold us a used car that had multiple issues days after driving it home and will not take ownership of it. The AC went out less than a month of owning the vehicle and the vehicle shakes when it reaches over 60 mph. When we took the vehicle into get serviced for the shaking they charged us $45 and ONLY balanced the tires. The shaking is still happening minutes after driving away and told us it wasn't their problem because it passed state inspection. DO NOT BUY a vehicle from any Keffer dealership especially not Keffer Hyundai. HORRIBLE SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS. More
