Best Sales Person...Shelene I had previously been to the dealership about a month ago and decided I never wanted to go back. I needed parts for my Elantra and Keffer Hyundai so I had previously been to the dealership about a month ago and decided I never wanted to go back. I needed parts for my Elantra and Keffer Hyundai so I went back. I couldn't believe that none of the previous employees that I dealt with were there. After getting ready to go home, I decided to look at the new Elantas and check out the price of them. While checking them out a well dressed gentlemen named Terry or Jerry, not remembering his exact name, approached me and told me what great deals they were having. I explained that I loved my Elantra, which is 11 years old, but could not afford a new one. He took me inside and introduced me to Shelene. From the start she was polite, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. To make a long story short, I ended up trading my beloved 2006 Elantra for a 2017 Elantra. The transaction went incredibly well with Shelene at the helm. I am completely satisfied with my new car even though I now have car payments but Marcus, in Finance, explained the paperwork step by step. I highly recommend Shelene, Terry or Jerry and Marcus as the best possible. More

Run away as fast as you can This dealer was horrible to me. I looked at a 2016 Equus for over a week, but wanted to do some research. I decided on thursday night of this week to buy the car and called the dealership to let them know . The salesman was not available so the lady said that we could speak to the sales manager which we did. We told him to let our internet sales person we would buy the car and would leave early in the morning from Atlanta. He also told use the car was still available. We got up at 4:30 am and left for Charlotte. Around 9 am the interest sales person called us to let us know the car had been sold. We had made it past Spartanburg, SC and had to turn around for Atlanta without a car. The salesperson response, "you should have gotten that car on Tuesday like I told you to." No apologies, no offer of a tank of gas nothing, and the manager never called me back. I am a handicapped person, and driving this long ways with help was not easy. Please stay away from these lying people! More

Great service and Knowledgeable management and sales team We went in on 8/20/16 to lease another Hyundai. Both Gabriel and James Brown helped us get into a Genesis which is the nicest car we've ever owned. We went in on 8/20/16 to lease another Hyundai. Service Manager refused to fix a heat cracked windshield After owning my Genesis for 11 months, the windshield cracked from the top middle, down past the rear mirror. It was sitting in my driveway in the Au After owning my Genesis for 11 months, the windshield cracked from the top middle, down past the rear mirror. It was sitting in my driveway in the August heat when I walked up to the car and noticed it. There is NO evidence of anything hitting the windshield. No nicks out of the glass at all. Took it to Keffer where I bought as it is obviously a warranty issue and you should have seen the service manager do everything possible to not take responsibility for a replacement. Gave me some mumbo jumbo about there being a 'whiter' spot in the crack that to him looked owner caused. Blatant lie from a slimy guy not wanting to fix a warranty issue. He 'offered' to take a picture of it with his Iphone and send it off to Hyundai for analysis... Screw you. Overall, I love my Genesis and had been pleased with my buying experience, but obviously once you write the check for the car, they turn into just the typical greasy service experience trying to get out of things that are their responsibility. I'm obviously disgruntled by this result. Was really hoping they would do the right thing. Go somewhere else for your Hyundai. More
