Great sales experience Dealing withe Jenna and Shelene, was a great experience.. There was pieces of the shipping plastic hanging out from under the seats, some kind of white substance on the rear seat, shipping decals nd labels stuck on the wheels, third brake light, and various places on the interior. Almost blew it I was pleased with my overall experience. However, I made a deal over the internet and was very specific that I did not want the deal to change when I I was pleased with my overall experience. When we went to sign the paperwork, the finance rate was not what was agreed to. This almost broke the deal. I could get an interest rate of 2.75 from my credit union and I was assured by Jenna that she could match that rate. When I went to sign the paperwork the rate was 3.29. I was not pleased! More
