Better than 1st time I was so excited to buy my 1st car on my own no one else to help me out or be there with me. I asked a lot of people where to go they said Keffer Hyun I was so excited to buy my 1st car on my own no one else to help me out or be there with me. I asked a lot of people where to go they said Keffer Hyundai so I did. I leased my very 1st car with the absolute worst experience anyone should have gone through. I was treated like a bum off the street, when I called with questions no one would ever call me back but when the dealership wanted something from me they sure did make a point to call and call. I will say the 2nd time was how I should have been treated the 1st with respect, willingness to answer my questions, not make me feel rushed, and Justin Michaud went above and beyond what was needed. I truly appreciated the fact he took the time with me and never made me feel rushed answered all my questions plus went over things I didn't or wouldn't think of to ask. Justin is truly knows what he is doing with making a great and wonderful car buying experience. I will recommend him to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new car. Thanks to Justin because if it wasn't for him giving me his time and doing an AWESOME job answering my questions. I know I would have taken my lease to another dealership or went with a whole different car like Toyota with new lease deal. You should be honored that you have such an employee working for you. I give many many thanks to Justin Michaud for going above and beyond with this customer Elizabeth Sadowski. I will be back to buy more cars from Justin. More

Worst Experience Ever I made a deal with your sales team up to and including your GM on a Saturday afternoon. After signing all the necessary documents, including leaving a I made a deal with your sales team up to and including your GM on a Saturday afternoon. After signing all the necessary documents, including leaving a deposit, I left the dealership with the understanding that we would finalize the deal on Monday. This would give me time to work out the best financing deal for me. On Monday I received a text from Miss Keffer to extend the completion of our deal until Wednesday. On Wednesday I received a text from Miss Keffer, after I had to track her down to see when we could meet, that there was a problem and I needed to call her Manager. After doing so, I was told that there was a problem with the truck and that they were not going to sell it to me. Sounded a little fishy to me so I asked to speak to the GM. He called me back and after some discussion he finally admitted to me that the truck was sold out from under me. Originally I was told that there was mechanical issues that prevented KH from selling me the truck. It was all a hoax to get me to go away quietly because they sold the truck to someone who was willing to pay more than I was. Doesn't a hand shake mean anything to you guys anymore? Even worse, my own sales person didn't even have the integrity to protect my interests or even call me to apologize for her oversights. To poor salt on the wounds she keeps me on her mailing list so that I constantly get emails reminding me what a dishonest company Keffer Haundi really is. More
