Worst car buying experience ever. Bought car on a Sunday so the car could not get detailed. Called next morning and was told car would not be ready until Monday evening, over 24 hours Bought car on a Sunday so the car could not get detailed. COME to pick up car and salesman won't shake my hands and gives an extremely forced and lackluster handover after I spend $45k÷ on a car. Getting an $5 ice cream generates more enthusiasm from the sales team. Eeven my wife noticed the rude treatment from the salesman. The car did not have the wheel locks, the all weather mats for front, back and trunk, and was missing the tire caps on all four tires. I was promised these would be sent to my home address in 2-3 days. Today I have been waiting 14 days and still have not received them. It is evident the salesman was either incompetent or purposefully sabotaging the sale and experience. I will 100% not go to this dealer for any maintenance service based on this performance. I will now need to spend time calling the management to get the missing items I purchased. Abysmal service and would.never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
