Excellent Service I was purchasing a new car, not by choice. I had my car stolen, a 2015 Elantra. So, I was looking for a similar car. I had a rather lengthy list of I was purchasing a new car, not by choice. I had my car stolen, a 2015 Elantra. So, I was looking for a similar car. I had a rather lengthy list of musts such as the price, color, payment per month, and time. I really wasn't looking to walk around a lot for an hour and look at various cars. Well, Chris Wesley in about an hour time had a car picked out for me. Since my schedule did not allow me to come in right away, he sent a video of the car that he made himself. I was able to visit the next day and he was patient as we went through the process. It is not surgery and he made it simple but smooth where I felt informed. Great location, great service, and knowledgeable staff. Justin in Financing was able to coach me through my decisions and provided such helpful insight. He was patient and allowed me enough time to think it all through. Very professional staff. I did not feel as if I was just another number. More
Bought a car without heat or a navigation chip I leased a new 2017 Tuscan from Keffer. The car did not have working heat and did not have the SD chip for the navigation. I drove a car without heat and then a loaner from the dealership for three weeks after I purchased the vehicle. There was no offer to pay for my lease during that time frame. I have also yet to receive the check for the car a traded in when I signed the lease. It has been almost a month. They did manage to process the bill for my lease. Was not the best car buying experience. More
