The epitome of terrible card dealer experience Tom - my sales guy was terrific. Everyone else were awful. Lying, coercion and hard sales tactics I warned them would not work with me. Scott the sales manager basically mocked me because I wouldn't make a decision without talking to my wife first. After being kept waiting for 30 minutes, they were completely deaf to my requests. I later got a call from an assistant GM who was concerned at first and then began to berate me. Most of these people were 20 years my junior, showed NO respect, professionalism or courtesy. I am sure Keffer makes a good profit but they have sold their souls. More
