However, the actual buying process was tainted by the general m My encounter was initially smooth, and Dennis was respectful of my time and requests. However, the actual buying process was tainted by the general manager's refusal to give me the free 3 years of oil changes and NC state inspections promised to all Keffer clients. During the buying process, I questioned the charge of $380 for these "free" services in addition to the negotiated price. My salesman went back to ask the general manager who then refused to speak to me in person about this. If Dennis were not such a nice salesperson, I would have left the dealership without purchasing a car from them. More

Communication, what does that mean? Too many issues to detail, and some still outstanding. Just as examples: Price the finance person tried to get me to sign for was way too high. Interest rate was much higher than offered, had to read to documents to find the errors. Car was not prepared when I arrived at the prearranged time to pick up, too 2 hours to almost get it ready! Still missing some parts, mats, lug nuts. Have emailed and left phone message, but no response. DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO LEARN THE MEANING OF COMMUNICATION! 12/30.- was called to say the someone was bringing the missing things, waited in for three hours, and made sure someone else was here when I left, but no one came. When I contacted them the next day, I was told they were too busy! Would have been nice to be told that. They dropped the parts off on 12/31. The only thing still outstanding is the out of date satnav data, which I was told was the latest, (missing some roads that have been open 18 months), and must be up to Hyundai themselves to resolve. Still not much of an improvement in customer service. 01/12 - Eventually heard back from Hyundai, Apparently, the car has an old, (2015) map in it, (I wonder how that happened), and I have to buy the latest update !!!!!! Not happy.may have overrated Hyundai with 2 stars. More
