Mechanic had done very good job while doing routine service of my Hyundai Sonata. But I was not at all happy with the advisor lady and also supervisor with whom I was working. During check-in I was service of my Hyundai Sonata. But I was not at all happy with the advisor lady and also supervisor with whom I was working. During check-in I was asked to sign a document authorizing them to do the service but in this document there was no mention of total cost of doing maintenance service. When I asked for this and pointed to online estimate given, I was told (without politeness) by advisor that online cost shown on their website is wrong and they will only confirm on total cost after doing the service. After I told that I would like to talk to supervisor, lady provided me verbal estimate after talking to supervisor. After my vehicle was inspected, I received text with recommended repair work along with routine oil change/filter change. I declined those extra repairs and after that it showed me total expense of routine service. This was expected amount. After I received my vehicle, service advisor lady asked me to pay 20% more than total cost shown to me through text message while approving all the work. When I showed those details, lady was adamant and keep on saying that I have to pay 20% more because total cost sent to my mobile was incorrect. When I again asked to bring supervisor as I was totally frustrated, lady went inside and talked to supervisor for about 10 to 15 min. After that supervisor came and he discussed with another service advisor and told me that they would correct their billing and I have to pay the same cost which was sent to my mobile and not 20% more. While doing this correction, supervisor was not at all apologetic and just left after talking to other advisor. More

I was very impressed with Rebecca, my service advisor who was great. I enjoyed the customer lounge with lots of chairs, work stations, complimentary coffee and water. . More
