I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz and I took it to Keffer Hyundai Saturday Nov 11 for an oil change, this is the first oil change on this vehicle as it has approximately 6700 miles on it. My experience at the dealership that day was good. We left the dealership, ran our errands and came home Saturday afternoon. Sunday I noticed oil on my driveway, none of my vehicles leak oil so I was surprised, I checked the oil and to my surprise there was no oil registering on the dipstick. To say I was disappointed and upset was an understatement. I called the dealership first thing this morning (Monday) and my wife took the vehicle back. The service manager was rude to my wife, she said he acted like it was an inconvenience to him that she had to come back. He said that there was a “gap” on the oil filter. Shouldn’t this had been checked when the oil change was completed? More
