Last Minute My husband & I made Keffer Hyundai our last stop of the night of a 2 day car search with intentions of just glancing around & coming back the next day My husband & I made Keffer Hyundai our last stop of the night of a 2 day car search with intentions of just glancing around & coming back the next day. They closed in 15 minutes & we were not about to be "those people" the general manager greeted us & immediately started finding out what we were looking for & asked what we have been looking at. He was not worried about the time & was very concerned with getting us to test drive the right car for us & our soon to be growing family. He introduced us to Tom who was just as helpful, super knowledgeable on the product, a little less enthusiastic about staying late but I couldn't blame him. We drove a 2017 Santa Fe & I was sold. I feel like we were not offered a competitive price for our trade & we really had to work to get someone to get close to what 2 other dealerships had offered us. My husband also felt like the finance man was trying to pull a fast one by changing numbers around on the work up sheet 6 times. We finally agreed on a price and then got the paper work signed. The end all price was still $40 higher than what we agreed on but by this time we were ready for bed & im sure the rest of the staff was as well. Overall it was a good car buying experience & I would recommend Keffer to anyone looking. More

The demeanor of the salesman became noticeably upbeat when he realized that I was also buying a car for myself. I was a bit disappointed when he told me that I was restricted with regard to the amount of down payment that I wanted to make. I'm black and the salesman was white. He seemed quite surprised when he learned that I have a credit score that exceeds 820. More
