I believe the finance person was more interested in what was good for him than for me. The interest rate he presented was twice as high as I have seen (I will refinance the car as soon as I get the paperwork from Hyundai Finance) and he included an option that I later realized I didn't really need (gap option even though I put almost half the value down in cash).
