Came in for service and left with a new vehicle I came in for routine service on my Elantra and ended up leaving with brand new 2017 Tuscon. First, I want to thank Kathy Cuthbertson in the Service I came in for routine service on my Elantra and ended up leaving with brand new 2017 Tuscon. First, I want to thank Kathy Cuthbertson in the Service area as she was extremely friendly and pleasant and has exceptional customer service skills. Second, I want to commend Kevin Harris as he noticed my lease was going to be way over mileage and spoke with me about some options. Long story short, I ended up leaving there with a brand new vehicle, financed, not leased as I drive 70 miles per day. More

Great Deal, Not Great Followup We had a pretty decent buying experience. Got a pretty loaded Sonata on "Manager's Special" and saved quite a bit. It was a 2016 rather than a 2017, We had a pretty decent buying experience. Got a pretty loaded Sonata on "Manager's Special" and saved quite a bit. It was a 2016 rather than a 2017, but great deal. It took about all day to get the deal done, but although lengthy, it was worth it for the price. The salesman, JJ, and finance guy, Brandon, were great. However, after the deal was done, the dealership forgot about us. It took a while for our trade-in to be paid off and we had to pay for both the old car and new car in the same month. We were told we'd have a month or two with no payments. We went with Hyundai finance to save a little money with their $750 cash back offer and were told we could change to our credit union or wherever else after 90 days. We found out we can switch lenders at any time and not have to wait 90 days. Our new car had some damage on the interior and a month after buying, still no call from the dealer to get the things replaced although a "we owe" slip was filled out that listed all of the things we needed. No calls back when we called several times. Our headliner needs replacement, our interior light control panel at the roof needs changing, and the speed shift knob needs the top cap replaced. All apparently damaged by whoever was driving the car from the dealership between when they got the car and when they sold to us. Parts doesn't have the part, service doesn't know about it, and our sales guy is out sick or with another customer according to the receptionist. We are up for service already as well, and the car makes a whirring sound that we are not sure is normal or not. So, a lot of dropping the ball after the sale was made. However, the deal was good and the people were nice and attentive during the buying process. However, after the car was sold, we were forgotten about. Update 3/29/2017: After this review, we were contacted and the dealer was on the fast track to getting us taken care of. After driving their loaner for a week, we got our car back and everything was taken care of. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I was very impressed with the Keffer Hyundai dealership and my car purchase experience. From the onset when I dealt with the online personal (Sandy an I was very impressed with the Keffer Hyundai dealership and my car purchase experience. From the onset when I dealt with the online personal (Sandy and Michael) they were very helpful and followed up regarding my interest in a used Mustang even calling me the next morning before my appointment to confirm the car was still there. They realized that I was driving over 100 miles to get there. Once at the dealership I was assigned Cynthia as my primary sales person. She was extremely helpful in making sure everything was done to try to make the deal happen. We had to go through the consideration of several cars before one was found that we liked and would fall into the existing financial parameters on my part. And those financial considerations were somewhat difficult, again on my part. This involved quite a few test drives sometimes in heavy traffic. Cynthia was with us through out the whole day which was around 8 hours. She also went beyond the normal call of duty when after we left she waited for about an hour until we got back to give us some personal property I left in my old car. She should be commended for her customer service. The rest of the personal mainly in financial also should be commended for the way they bended backwards to make the deal happen. Again some of my parameters were difficult. I feel in general that Keffer Hyundai cares about the customers as people and not just as potential car deals. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a new or preowned car. I look forward to working with them in the future. More
