Best ever car buying experience!!! (Repeat Customer) JJ (Jon) Penninger is, by far, the most knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and cheerful salesperson I've ever worked with anywhere, and that's saying JJ (Jon) Penninger is, by far, the most knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and cheerful salesperson I've ever worked with anywhere, and that's saying a lot given my age!!! He listened to my needs, desires, and budget constraints, then he put together a deal that was absolutely perfect for me. Buying a car wasn't on my radar, but since my car was totaled in an accident, I had no choice. To be honest, I was dreading the experience. I went in thinking I could only afford to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, but JJ managed to get me into a brand new 2017 Tucson, which I love. The entire experience, start to finish, was so relaxed, friendly, and expeditious. There was never one minute where I felt pressured in any way. I also had the pleasure of working with Gabe (GM) and Brandon (Finance). I bought my previous car, a 2011 Sonata from Keffer, and service was always top notch. I expect nothing less with this vehicle. I highly recommend Keffer Hyunda and especially JJ Penninger!!! More

Sketchy Experience My experience was bizarre. The first day I came Margarett Keffer(very friendly, and accomodating) showed me a Hyundai Sonota Sport, Black on Black whi My experience was bizarre. The first day I came Margarett Keffer(very friendly, and accomodating) showed me a Hyundai Sonota Sport, Black on Black which I didn't like but it had leather seats and they offered a great deal. I later called and asked if they had the same model in different colors which Margarett Confirmed. When I came back however, Margarett was not available (even though I called one day prior to confirm that she would be) and instead I was met by Chris, who seemed nice enough but was a self procalimed "no bs, numbers guy". Which set off redflags, as it does when anyone has to tell you what kind of person they are. He showed me the car that I asked about and it was definitely different than the first one (the first one was key entry and this one was keyless). When I asked if they were the same cars, he insured me that they were. When I asked him to call Margarett and make sure, he left the table to do so, and then returned and insured me that indeed it was the same car she had set aside for me to see. He then alerted me that there was some mistake with the initial offer and he could no longer offer me the initial promised rate. Overall they got me into this car for far more than initially agreed and I still feel cheated. I did have fairly light credit and they worked with me which I appreciated, but going forward I will do anything and everything in my power to not return to this dealership and perhaps not return to Hyundai in general. More

Very strange that during the car service of oil change they usually lift the car to some height ..that made my cars dent on the top portion of my car. I went back to them and explained the issues The service manager named tonny look into the that and he agreed to pay some money for the dentist repair and paint Later on the next day he denied it So I strongly recommend not to go to this dealer for any car service or purchase of a car More

There was a small defect found after purchase on dash that was quickly repaired perfectly by the dealership which we really appreciate.
