Worst car buying experience ever. Bought car on a Sunday so the car could not get detailed. Called next morning and was told car would not be ready until Monday evening, over 24 hours Bought car on a Sunday so the car could not get detailed. COME to pick up car and salesman won't shake my hands and gives an extremely forced and lackluster handover after I spend $45k÷ on a car. Getting an $5 ice cream generates more enthusiasm from the sales team. Eeven my wife noticed the rude treatment from the salesman. The car did not have the wheel locks, the all weather mats for front, back and trunk, and was missing the tire caps on all four tires. I was promised these would be sent to my home address in 2-3 days. Today I have been waiting 14 days and still have not received them. It is evident the salesman was either incompetent or purposefully sabotaging the sale and experience. I will 100% not go to this dealer for any maintenance service based on this performance. I will now need to spend time calling the management to get the missing items I purchased. Abysmal service and would.never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I had a good experience with purchasing a GV80 with the Genesis of Charlotte team. They worked with me and were understanding of my questions and time needed to consider a decision. They worked to get me the car and trim that I desired and coordinated with multiple dealerships to make that happen - even working on having my car ready within a few hours of receiving it so that I drive it home the day I signed. I did have some issues with consistent and attentive communication with the sales team. I felt at times like I was trying to get time with them to make their sale. This was primarily due to having 3 different salesman that I interacted with (due to turnover). Once I was connected with a seasoned salesman at the location, the process was much smoother and we worked within 72hrs to complete the deal. I did have some more communication issues post sale with scheduling a revisit to the dealership. This was again due to new team members not knowing the schedules of sales people. The sales team and dealership was sorry for the miscommunication and offered to fill my car up with fuel for the trip which was nice. If interested in a genesis, I recommend coming to see the team at Genesis of Charlotte. More

I was greeted immediately as I drove into the service drive. The information about my visit was given and I was told about their process and given an estimate of the cost the the approximate wait time. I drive. I was not happy about the 2 hour wait time for oil and filter change and tire rotation but I was told that they had some staffing issues, so I could understand that. I was give periodic updates of the progress during the visit. I told the service advisor that this was my first time at Keffer and it was a trial visit. I had previously gotten my Genesis serviced at Modern Hyundai in Concord and I was not happy with the experience there especially management. Even though I had to drive farther to this dealership, if the service was good I would continue to get my car serviced here. So far so good. Tess Perry did an excellent as the Service Advisor. Jaxon Gonzalez did a very good multi point inspection. I don't think he used the Pencilwrench tool to write his story on the repair order though. I'm a Pencilwrench trainer. More
