We decided to give Keffer a chance after speaking with George on the phone because he was polite and knowledgeable. Within a few hours upon arrival we walked out with a Sonata. Buying a car should always be this simple. George was respectful, had an easy demeanor, and answered all of our questions. Kevin, the finance manager, was authoritative, clear, and made the deal actually enjoyable. We walked out of there surprised and pleased to have done business with these two gentlemen. 2017 Tucson lease I was extremely satisfied with my salesperson (Jon Penninger) and the financing staff. I was a bit disappointed that there was a ding in the front pas I was extremely satisfied with my salesperson (Jon Penninger) and the financing staff. I was a bit disappointed that there was a ding in the front passenger door when I went in to pick up my car thus requiring me to bring it back in for repair. I was also disappointed that the protection package I purchased was not applied and required another time into the dealership to apply it. There are still a few issues with this application that need to be reconciled. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with my overall experience. More
