Where do I begin. I dropped my car off in May after an issue happened. I was told the issue was something after having work done before I took it in, was done and coul I dropped my car off in May after an issue happened. I then pressed the issue and was told the issue was the work already done, which was the reason I brought it in to be looked at. Did I mention that I toild them 5 times that this wasn't the issue. After they came back and said the previous issue was the same I was like ok fix it. After the part was replaced it was determined that it wasn't that part (again as I had told them already), and it was another part. It is at this time that coorporate and the dealership stepped in after reaching out to both of them and helped me so much and for that I will say A++ (which I have now owned 3 Hyundais, and coorporate has always benn great). The part was replaced and the car was finally wrking the way it was supposed to. However, the car came back to me with another issue due to it being on the lot since May. That issue will cost me more money to fix (because due to the age, it is just something that happens whgen neglected), and now resaling it is another issue. Now, besides the dealership not listening, telling me it is something that was total xx and then coming back and saying it was the previous issue only after complaining (oh yea and btw I am paying for the part that wasn't the problem to begin with), the worst thing about this is the communication and costumer service. I have learned if you leave a car there, you will have to go back in to find out what is going on, because you won't hear from the place for a week. Lets say I was first dealing with employee B (who no longer works in this area and for obvious good reason's) and was never informed about what was going on, and also always had issues getting ahold of him. I then got employee D who has been great to work with and I have no issues with (give D a raise for her customer service level.) I say this because another time I brought a car in for an oil change and inspection and it took 2.5 hrs even after making an apointment and being told thigns were back up. (but that time again it was dealing with employee B, unit employee D stepped in to help me get out). Also be ware that if an issue arises talking to the actually text or someone in charge will more than likely come from a cell phone or thru your service desk person. So at the end of the day Hyundai, A++ no issues, but this dealership I have issues now with the service department and already had issues with sales, which is why I never bought my cars here. More
This was by far the best experience that I have ever had a Keffer. The service was prompt! That is very important to me because I had to wait at the dealership until the service was complete. The oil was changed, tires rotated, plus air and cabin filters replaced. The job was done in about one hour. My previous experiences to just get an oil change and tires rotated took over three hours! Erica told me she would contact me if the car needed additional serving, and she did. Everything went smooth. Quite a welcome change! However, the sticker notifying me of the next oil change was not affixed to the windshield. Small oversight. More

AC stopped working early Aug. No appointment for 2 weeks. Finally confirmed loaner as expected return was 4+days. Never heard from service unless I initiated. Car is 20 mo old with 16K miles-said not under warranty. Quoted $800+. Finally spoke to manager and he was to get back to me. Never did. I called original service contact-he was still charging the $800 but spoke to manager and agreed no charge. Picked up the next day-with a different service person and charge was still there. After a long wait, finally picked up my dirty car. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the entire experience. Was a big Genesis fan until this. More
My wife and I seen a car online and was interested in seeing it. I called Keffer and spoke to Rose, set up an appointment the next day to meet with her and check the car out. Unfortunately she had another customer, she’d been working with and referred us to Stephen. Stephen was great. I was very disappointed that the car I had scheduled to see couldn’t be found. Stephen showed us another 2023 Santa Fe with low miles, practically a new car. We test drove it and liked it but was really wanting to see the one we had seen online. After about an hour and half searching of for the car, we were told it had been in an accident and was in the body shop for repairs. Would’ve been nice if we could’ve told us this earlier as we had already been there 2 hours. That didn’t sit well with me, so I decided I needed some time to talk it over with my wife. Stephen, the sales rep and Stephen, the sales manager were very understanding and we left. After talking it over, we decided this was the car for us. They had made us a very aggressive offer from our first visit, being that the original car we went to see wasn’t available. They kept the same offer, even after my car, I was trading in, had to be towed in because of the alternator. That meant a lot to us and the experience purchasing the car went great. That being said, the main reason I decided to purchase the car was Stephen, the sales rep. He was friendly, very easy to talk to, humorous and just an all around great guy. I felt I made a new friend with him and wish him nothing but the best moving forward. This is the second consecutive car I’ve purchased from that dealership in the last 11 years and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in making a new or used car purchase.
