MISLED ON VEHICLE DETAILS, RUSHED DURING NEGOTIATION, & TOLD TO LEAVE WHILE ACTIVELY BUYING!!! My experience at Keffer Dealership on August 6, 2026 was extremely unpleasant and, honestly, unacceptable. TOLD TO LEAVE WHILE ACTIVELY BUYING!!! My experience at Keffer Dealership on August 6, 2026 was extremely unpleasant and, honestly, unacceptable. I communicated with the dealership throughout the entire day prior to my arrival to ensure a smooth process. I was very clear that I wanted a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited with a white exterior and peanut butter (caramel) interior, and I was assured they had the exact vehicle available. After driving two hours to the dealership, I arrived only to find that the interior did NOT match what I had specifically requested and was told would be available. My sales associate, Vanessa, was very kind but it was clear she was inexperienced, and unfortunately the process quickly deteriorated from there. When I sat down with a finance associate named Rashard, I was immediately met with resistance. He refused to provide the price of the vehicle unless I disclosed whether I planned to finance or pay outright, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since the vehicle was already advertised online for $25,500. After finally reviewing pricing with taxes, fees, and add-ons, there was little to no effort made to negotiate. Within minutes, Rashard became visibly impatient and rushed us, stating he needed to leave to pick up his child. This felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I then requested another associate, Steven, who was the ONLY person during this experience who demonstrated professionalism. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely tried to help, but had little flexibility to improve the deal. What happened next was completely UNACCEPTABLE!! After asking for a few minutes to make a decision, Vanessa returned in under 10 minutes, took the keys, and told us, “they said if you’re not buying, you need to leave.” I asked her to repeat herself because I was genuinely shocked, and she stood firm and confirmed it. Being told to leave while actively considering a purchase is beyond disrespectful! It is completely unacceptable customer treatment. Only after the situation escalated did two managers, Ladon and Scott, come out from the back office to apologize. However, no one took accountability, and no one clarified who “they” were that instructed her to say that. The apologies felt empty, especially considering that no effort was made to resolve the situation or retain my business. At no point did anyone attempt to retain my business after clear dissatisfaction. I even asked for an additional $500 off, and they still refused. In the end, I paid the full advertised price of $25,500 (plus taxes and fees)—no deal, no accommodation, and no regard for the poor experience from start to finish. The only reason I completed the purchase was because I had friends who drove two hours to bring me there, and I didn’t want their time to be wasted. Otherwise, I would have walked out immediately. I left this dealership not excited about my purchase and regretting giving this dealership my business despite multiple opportunities for them to make this right. This experience was unacceptable due to: • Being told a vehicle was available that did not match what I requested • Refusal to provide pricing transparently • Being rushed during negotiations due to personal obligations • Being told to leave while actively considering a purchase • Management failing to take accountability or resolve the situation I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. The only reason this review is not a complete zero is because of Steven, he handled the situation professionally and treated us with respect. I will also be sharing this experience with Hyundai Motor America due to the level of unprofessionalism displayed. More
I’m literally overly impressed at how quickly they got me approved, processed everything and got me in and out of there! My down payment was more than reasonable! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, he was very personable! It was like purchasing my very 1st vehicle from my big brother! I would go back again and again! I would send my whole family! They are really great at what they do and if you could be helped they can do it! Get off your butt and out of that old car stressing you out and get down to keffer Hyundai! From start to finish this couldn’t have been a better experience. Andre was so helpful and professional, invested and interested in what we were looking for but not pushy at all. I just finished my 32,000 servicing at Keffer Hyundai for my 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I accepted their recommended servicing of replacing the coolant and brake fluid and fuel injection servicing, totaling my 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I accepted their recommended servicing of replacing the coolant and brake fluid and fuel injection servicing, totaling almost $1,000. Trust the dealer to know the required servicing, right? Out of curiosity, since it seemed like a lot, I checked the car’s manual when I got home and was disappointed to see that Hyundai doesn’t recommend the brake fluid be replaced until 48,000 miles, and doesn’t recommend the coolant be replaced until 80,000 miles, and only recommended inspection of the fuel system. What a rip off. Check your manual before bringing your car to this place to avoid unnecessary services! More

I contacted the dealership via the Costco Auto Buying Program and the sales manager gave me a quote for the 2026 vehicle I wanted, but it included a bunch of dealer add on accessories (that I do not want Program and the sales manager gave me a quote for the 2026 vehicle I wanted, but it included a bunch of dealer add on accessories (that I do not want) and their bogus "mandatory" Advantage Package which all totaled well over $2,300! I communicated with a sales manager, Felipe, and told him I didn't want the accessories or package and he agreed, so I went in to test drive and when I sat down with the super nice salesperson, Jeremy, it was like the communication I had with the sales manager never happened. So, I got to test drive the vehicle, but the sales process was a joke. I ended up buying the vehicle from another dealership over an hour away at a good price without mandatory packages added on! I will say that Jeremy was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and nice. BUT it all came down to the pricing and Felipe not keeping his word. This dealership kept to the old standard car buying process :-( More
