She was beyond helpful and very accommodating with my hectic schedule. I took a wonderful test drive - she was knowledgable about the car, the history of Mini, the warranties and test driving in general. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her on your next car purchase! I've purchased/leased many cars over the years - three BMW's, four Honda's, two Nissan's, two JEEPS, etc... and she far exceeded all previous experiences. Thank you! More
Lies, Lies, and More Lies I arranged a cash purchase for a 2011 Mini in August of 2019 and was told to following: "All routine services have been completed here at Keeler." I I arranged a cash purchase for a 2011 Mini in August of 2019 and was told to following: "All routine services have been completed here at Keeler." In fact, this is a bold-faced lie. I purchased the car with 106K and quickly learned that the 100K maintenance had not been completed. "The brakes were recently done and in good working order." The brakes were not and I had to have a complete brake job within a month of purchase. I even asked them to make all repairs with the exception of three cosmetic issues to insure that the car met the "certified" standard. These crooks did not do what they said, despite spending an additional 1000 in repair fees. I would never purchase from them again unless I am looking for a "Guido" crook who would be better served working for the mafia. If I were still in NY, I would march myself right in. Instead, I have phoned the manager and have not heard anything. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! More
UNSCRUPULOUS. UNETHICAL. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Worst buying experience in over 45 years of car buying happened @ KeelerMini. After purchasing a 2019 Countryman (24 October 2019) with an active WARNING light that did not clear within the quoted 3 hour period per Service Dept. decided to cut my losses. Did not want to take a chance with a vehicle that might have electrical/computer issues in the future. Emailed sales manager less than 48 hours after purchase and asked for my 2015 Mini Cooper hardtop trade-in to be returned to me. (Keeler has a 72 hour money back guarantee return policy on web site). She stated in an email response that my 2015 Cooper hardtop had been "wholesaled, paid for and titled...in less than 48 hours!!!!! Resigned and regrettably kept the Countryman and praying, praying no issues arise in future. Not happy! BUT HERE IS THE REAL KICKER...On 17 November 2019, just out of curiosity and as of 24 December 2019, my 2015 Mini Cooper Hardtop is for sale on the Keeler website!!!!!!! Vin# verified. It was never "wholesaled, paid for and titled"! BUYER BEWARE...the sales manager will do what is necessary just to make a sale, even not stating the truth. Unethical, unprofessional and downright unscrupulous! This is the tip of the "iceberg". The financial department applies MASSIVE PRESSURE to purchase additional warranty coverage above 3 year/36,000 mile plan. Sales manager calls it a form of educating. Got that $1700.00 transaction voided next day. Sales spent 5 minutes reviewing features of new purchase and no insurance cards in glove compartment! Filed complaint with MiniUSA and the New York State Attorney General, Division of Economic Justice, Bureau of Consumer Fraud and Protection. MKD * EXPECT Sales Manager response to deny all of the above, More
STAY AWAY!! I've bought 3 Mini's from Keeler, but NEVERMORE! I've purchased 3 Mini's from Keeler and they have gotten steadily worse to the point of flat out robbery. They charged me over $3500 to repair a foot I've purchased 3 Mini's from Keeler and they have gotten steadily worse to the point of flat out robbery. They charged me over $3500 to repair a foot well module that got wet from melted snow. MINI central sent a letter saying they were reimbursing for foot well modules, but MINI rejected my claim, because the module was wet... NO COMPENSATION. Today I brought it in because it was noisy and they told me 3 of 4 wheel bearing were shot... this car has only 46,000 miles on it in 5 years. I barely drive it. They quoted $3800 to fix the wheel bearings. I got a quote from our local Monro who said it was $1400. There's no way wheel bearings should wear out in 46k miles and no way it should cost $3800 to repair. MINI service is a total RIPOFF. And the newer MINIs are total lemons, I'll never buy another one. Too bad, used to love my original Cooper S... I think I'll get a Fiat Abarth... More

They usually have a large selection to pick from- this time that was NOT the case- I wanted another manual transmission and they did not have any on the lot. I had my salesperson do a "search" and she able to locate one and made arrangements to have it shipped to Latham. I was glad she was able to locate one - but it had some pricey options I did not necessarily want/need (a spare tire and jack? in a car with run flat tires??? I would rather have had the extra storage space in the car). But I did not have many vehicles to choose from so I got it. It is a very peppy car with lots of power and new technology. Made arrangements to pick it up on Saturday- asked on the phone if they had the registration and insurance all sorted out. She said yes- BUT when I got there she was on hold with the insurance company trying to get the cards - and the car was still being detailed. It all worked out took a bit longer than we had anticipated (more than 4 hours) but all in all we were happy with our experience and have had good experiences here in the past. It is over an hour from our house so every trip up there ends up taking the entire day. More
They just want to make money I’ve been to the dealership at Latham to check the low tyre pressure alert on my mini , also my state inspection was due. I replaced two new tyres jus I’ve been to the dealership at Latham to check the low tyre pressure alert on my mini , also my state inspection was due. I replaced two new tyres just 2 months back , however it started showing low tyre pressure again , instead of fixing the issue with the tyre pressure they replaced the new tyre with another new tyre , saying it won’t pass the inspection and you should have hit some pothole or bump. I strongly believe I could have just reset the tyre pressure and went somewhere else for the state inspection, the only mistake I did is believed they’ll do the bare minimum as every dealer does , but it’s just a money making business with no regard to customers time and money !! I'm not quite sure what the problem is with automobile dealerships in the Capital District, but with our recent experience of shopping & researching different models, we've had several disappointing interactions with sales folks. Goldstein was condescending and dismissive. the poor sap at the Armory dealership didn't know anything about the vehicle we had come to test drive & then to make matters worse, no one could get the car that we wanted to test drive to start. Plus there were dead fish floating around the indoor pond they have in their showroom! We've had the Mini for 3 days and LOVE it. What a great, responsive, zippy, fun to drive machine this is! All we can hope is that any interaction we have with the service department will be positive. More

No way to prove it wasn't there in the first place. would had to have car on lift when first bought to see. They deny it wasn't there. Took it to a body shop for replacement. The Guy there said there was no stress marks or signs of hardware used for part. In his opinion it was never there or oil change person didn't use access panel took it off never replaced. Keeler the only service for oil change used. Buyer Beware. When buying a vehicle here check undercarriage More

Bad brakes Bad service We have never written a review before about good or bad service, but felt compelled to write one regarding Keeler Mini Cooper service, or lack there o We have never written a review before about good or bad service, but felt compelled to write one regarding Keeler Mini Cooper service, or lack there of. We are leasing a 2014 Mini for my daughter at college. When her car was at 16,000 miles it required new brakes. We were dumbfounded by this seeing how my Infinite has 65,000 and have never had to replace brakes yet. Keeler informed us that the breaks were not covered under warranty, also told us basically it's your daughters fault for not driving the car enough!! So we replaced the breaks, what else could we do? Fast forward to 22,000 miles, guess what? The car needs new brakes again!! So they said it could be the way she drives the car etc..First its she doesn't drive it enough, now it's how she drives. Actually the cause was non retracting calipers. Again not covered under warranty. Maybe not covered under warranty, but the dealership wouldn't even work with me, over $1000.00 to repair there. Brought it to my local, very trusted mechanic who repaired it as well as informed me he has worked on several Minis with rear brake issues. I found Keeler to be uninterested in helping us or keeping us as future customers. Left messages there with several people in hopes to get a partial coverage on this, did not receive any returned calls. Can't wait to be out of this lease and will never do business with Keeler again. More
