Paul Haupt and Joe in finance were an absolute pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed the no-pressure atmosphere and the transparency in each stage of the process. Paul and Joe worked hard on Saturday to make sure I could bring my new CRV home that same day. In addition to feeling like I got a great deal on the car, I was won over in customer service. While other dealers took days to follow up (if they even did), Paul responded to my questions after hours, making me feel like he really cared about his clients.
