Personable and Knowledgeable I recently bought a used Honda Pilot at Keeler Honda. I had found the specific vehicle that I wanted to check out before going there. When my husband and I arrived, we were greeted by Paul Haupt, the most pleasant car salesman with which I have ever dealt. Paul quickly located the vehicle for us to test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about that specific model and treated us very courteously. The price negotiation process was quick, not a lot of going back and forth to check with the manager. The purchase process was simple and quick also. When we picked up the vehicle, Paul showed us various features that we hadn't previously discussed. He also set up the bluetooth with my cell phone to save me the trouble. I don't particularly enjoy the car buying process, especially the price negotiation process, but Paul made the whole experience a pleasant one .... and the Pilot is great.
