SALES PERSON was a joke! Called ahead to make an appointment to look at Honda's for my business. Was not sure which one I was interested in. Explained to Jeff Lynch - 1 Hard of hearing, please text first as I often do not hear the phone ring but I hear a text. 2. It is a 45 minute drive to your location. 3 not sure which car will fit my equipment. He said to bring all my equipment, he has a measuring tape.... He CALLS the morning of my appointment at 9:00 am. for my 10:30 appointment. I only noticed he called because I pulled over in Voorheesville to program my GPS. I texted him...He wanted to know if I could come in earlier has he had someone else that wanted my time slot..... NOTE THE TIME HE CALLED! I suggested we cancel my appointment since his attention would not be with me. He stated that on Saturday's he could handle 3 people at once. NOW someone tell me how and why I should hand someone 1,000's of dollars for them to make a profit and not get any attention???? I told him a was near the person who recommended him and I would be stopping in Voorheesville, to chat with her. Apparently she sends many people to him so I'm thinking there must be a kickback here..... She called Jeff to tell him how angry she was and I suddenly get a text from Jeff telling me he was soooooo looking forward to hearing about my company. Again, if you are busy with other people how do you have time to listen to me. And why did this happen ONLY after his "friend" called him. My guess is because he was afraid of loosing more than one commission. Great experience purchasing 2016 Honda Accord I stopped in to Keeler without an appointment to inquire about a couple Honda Accords that I viewed online. I was greeted by Bill Brundige and he showed me the cars I was interested in. He was knowledgeable about the cars. Bill was calm and kind while remaining direct and to the point. In the end, we made a 'meet in the middle' deal between what I was looking to spend and what the dealership was looking to sell. I never felt pressured and the experience was pretty easy going. I have a leased Honda Pilot through another dealership. When that lease is up, I will be reaching out to Bill, for sure. More
