Best car buying/leasing experience ever! I had been to or called several dearships before I got to Bill Brundige at Keeler Honda in Latham NY. I was hoping to lease a 2018 Honda HRV with the I had been to or called several dearships before I got to Bill Brundige at Keeler Honda in Latham NY. I was hoping to lease a 2018 Honda HRV with the payment and the terms within my strict budget. The other places that I dealt with proved that there was no way that could be accomplished. Either they wasted my time by pretending they could make it work but in the end failed to deliver, or simply ran numbers over the phone that could not possibly work. When I called Keeler Honda a very nice person took a message and said a salesperson would call me back. At this point I was very doubtful that this call would produce anything different than what my other calls did but was I wrong! Bill was the salesperson that called me back. We talked about my needs and he was very nice and accommodating. It sounded like there might be a possibility that the numbers could work as I was selling my car privately to get the most cash I could for a down payment. Not once during this whole process did I feel pressured or bullied and I had the sense that Bill could be a person I could work with. So the next day I took a ride over to look at the car that could possible be a match. As we sat and did the numbers, me listing on my note pad the funds I had available along with what would be needed to make the deal happen. I was so surprised to find out that Keeler could give me almost double for my trade than anyplace else learning that they do their car auction protocol in a more cost effective way. So that in itself opened the door to making me feel like this might really work. That along with a very generous Military discount it was really seeming like this deal had a true possibility of actually happening! So with me figuring numbers, and Bill working with Vincent Regels the sales manager, they MADE what seemed impossible just a few hours before possible! The deal included the trade of my car which relieved so much stress off my plate and me getting my dream car within my budget is still so surreal. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, added fees or surprise extra money needed but that never happened. What he said was included was included, no small print extras, no more money needed for something in the end, no ugly surprises. Keep in mind that at no time during negotiations did I ever feel pressure or discomfort in the process. Bill treated me with kindness and respect and I always felt that he had my best interest at heart which has never been felt by me in any car buying situation in my 40+ years of buying a car new or used. I feel like I found a dealership and a salesperson that could be a place for all my future car needs. Not only was the experience wonderful but there are so many perks and programs at Keeler Honda that I know it will be my go to place for all my car maintenance being that their pricing is so competitive with other outside sources. In conclusion I would highly recommend Keeler Honda and especially Bill who guided me from beginning to end. He is one of the good guys that changes the way I feel about car salesman and to all the people that touched my deal I am so very grateful! More
