Adam Dorn at Keeler Honda is the best Honda salesman in the capital region. I have previously purchased new Honda vehicles from 3 other area dealerships. The first time I dealt with Adam was negotiating my the capital region. I have previously purchased new Honda vehicles from 3 other area dealerships. The first time I dealt with Adam was negotiating my father in laws 2019 Honda CRV. I took him to Saratoga Honda because that is where he had purchased from and was comfortable going. They could not touch the price Adam was able to negotiate for me. Keeler will be my last dealership, and Adam will always be my first call. He goes above and beyond for his customers and truly cares about your satisfaction. We just recently stepped into a 2021 Honda Pilot special edition and he made the deal happen. I did my research and narrowed it down to two models within my price range, one being a CR-V. My mom has now purchased two vehicles from Keeler Honda and suggested I call "her friend Adam [Dorn]." I chatted with Adam over the phone and we agreed on a price. I went down to Keeler that evening and signed the papers, and I drove my new CR-V home the very next day. Not only was the experience not tedious or time consuming (took less than 1 hour combined), it was dare I say enjoyable? Adam is easy going, responsive, and just genuinely nice.
