I don't purchase new vehicles often. I tend to wait until I have no other option and I'm forced into action. Purchasing can be intimidating and overwhelming and so I tend to avoid it until I have no alternative. That said, I might be rethinking my approach after working with Brendon Sias at Keeler Honda. I had a very rough idea of what I was looking for, but Brendon took the time to ask me questions, offer suggestions, and show me my options so that we could really figure out exactly what vehicle would fit my needs and my budget. When I decided what model I wanted, he and I carefully reviewed and compared each of the certified preowned vehicles on the lot. He coached me through reviewing the exterior of the vehicle, assessing the interior of the vehicle, and helped me compare and contrast my options. When I made my choice, he and I took it through the on-site car wash to ensure that I could really effectively assess the exterior. It made me feel empowered to make the right decision - something that can feel out of reach for women looking at cars independently. He helped me review carfax information, explained the purchase/finance options, and pushed the paperwork along so that I was able to get my new car quickly and pretty much effortlessly. He even took the time to look through my trade in vehicle to ensure that I hadn't left any of my personal belongings inside. I adore my new car, I feel comfortable with the upgrade in features from my old vehicle, as Brendon again took the time to walk me through everything before I drove off. I cannot thank Brendon enough for his assistance. I never felt pressured, disregarded, or dismissed. Thank you also to Keeler management for encouraging your representatives to put customers first. If you need a new vehicle, please don't hesitate to got to Keeler - I'll most certainly be headed back when I need a new car in the future and I'm going to tell everyone I know how great my experience was. Rolled out all the dealer tricks when purchasing my '23 Civic Type R. Bad enough I had to pay a markup for the vehicle, but the hidden $1000 charges buried in the deal ($800 for sham ceramic coating and $ Civic Type R. Bad enough I had to pay a markup for the vehicle, but the hidden $1000 charges buried in the deal ($800 for sham ceramic coating and $199 for sham theft insurance) was beyond galling. Meanwhile, my premium sports sedan was delivered with a lingering mildew smell in the interior (likely due to poorly maintained equipment used to prep/clean a new car for delivery) which cost me additional money to address. I didn't even get shown around the dealership to introduce me to where the service department or parts department was. Crazy how informal and inattentive this place is for a new customer. More
I went over to Keeler Honda to see if they would give me anything decent for my trade. This is the first time, I have been there. I've been all over. I made the biggest mistake going to another local dealer for my previous two Honda's! The best part was my salesperson Wendy! Definitely ask for her! She will do her best for you. She is a great salesperson! She's smart and knows her products! She's not pushy at all and she's got a great sense of humor! It was actually fun buying this car and we had many laughs. She also gave me a reference that ended up saving me so much money on my insurance! So Keeler Honda is my new go to Honda dealership! More

Bought a certified used Honda Passport at Keeler Honda through Brendon Sias. The service and process was actually seemless and not stressful like many dealers are. Brendon was a pleasure to work with and he was very thorough and made to go through every feature of the car and took the time to connect my phone/bluetooth to the car so it was all set to drive off the lot. My whole family has bought vehicles through Keeler and all had great experiences over the years. I also received a follow up call from Brendon after a couple of days to ensure all was well! More
