"Horrible after sales services" I waited a long time to buy my first BMW. it was a used 328XI with low miles. I couldn't have been more pleased. I was up-sold on the extended warranty as they covered brakes. I was told this car would need brakes around 50K miles and had a short life left. They assured me that i would definitely need brakes before my warranty was up. So i purchased it as well. first check up, i was told brakes are worn and most likely would need them soon. shortly after my brakes started grinding, i went in the said they are worn and replaced them for me! 3 short months later i stopped in to local Valvoline just to get my inspection completed. Much to my surprise, the front brakes failed inspection and where never changed. taking my failed inspection to Keeler, they checked the brakes again and said they don't meet the requirement to have them changed yet, and they never replaced them to begin with. at this point i was at 72,000 miles (warranty good to 75,000 or 3 years) The service manager told me to come back before i hit 75,000 and they would measure it again, i mentioned i thought it was up after 3 years, which only gave me 2 more months. Manager says, no problem, bring it in before 75k and we will take care of you. I made an appointment at 74,200 miles, came in, manager says you don't need brakes you still have 40% left, and besides you are out of warranty anyway. Here is your keys, have a nice day. NEVER again will i purchase a vehicle from them! to make it worse, i inform BMW customer service, and they respond with, "thanks for letting us know, these things happen from time to time." More

My beloved 2011 BMW X3 was one of Boston Feb. 8 black ice casualties. I wanted a CPO deep blue X3 with a beige interior and all the bells and whistles, just like the car I lost. BMW's exquisite Deep Sea Blue is not a popular color (what is WRONG with you people 😉??) I started with my Boston area dealerships, expanded my search to NH and RI, and finally went online and looked at 100's of cars within 200 miles of Boston. I finally found my dream car at Keeler BMW -- for 5k less than the runner up! So I called Keeler, and Augie (August Prager), the kindest, most helpful, most fun salesperson imaginable, answered the phone. We went over the specifics, and his car was indeed perfect, as was the price. We were able to do the deal easily from a distance, and, within a week, I was hopping an Amtrack for Pittsfield MA. Augie drove 1hr from Latham NY to Pittsfield, where he met me on the Amtrack station plateform. We put my old plates on my new car, I signed a few papers, and I was off to Boston -- with the Stewart's cookies, English muffins, and adorable BMW teddy bear Augie had waiting for me in the back seat. My car is PERFECT, as was this entire experience. I will be hopping trains for Pittsfield from now on whenever I need a new car. Augie and Keeler BMW, you have earned a customer for life! Purchased a 2015 528xi from Nick Yocono My wife and I spoke with Nick on the phone from our home in NH. An ad for a 5 series with all the bells and whistles and the color we wanted came up My wife and I spoke with Nick on the phone from our home in NH. An ad for a 5 series with all the bells and whistles and the color we wanted came up in cars,com. After 3 conversations with Nick, we felt comfortable enough to make an 8 hour round trip for this car. We agreed on a trade value for my 328xi which was fair trade in value after consulting KBB.com. We arrived to find the car ready to go, indoors with a buffed shine and a spotless interior. Nick made sure we wouldn't be disappointed and he did a great job of it! I am in sales myself so I know what has to go on behind the scene to make a transaction appear easy for the buyer. Just as we were about to drive away for the 4 hour return trip, Nick noticed a spot on the concrete where the car was idling. Nick stopped us then brought a tech out from the service department for a look. Turned out that when they replaced a part to qualify the car for the BMW pre-owned status, a hose was not seated properly and had a slight leak. This was taken care of withing 15-20 minutes and away we went very pleased that Nick was paying attention. And before we arrived, Nick sent an email telling us that 4 new tires were installed.
