Sales side was great but after you buy a vehicle from this dealership, they have by far the worst customers service. Promises after purchase still not met per sales agreement. Run from this dealership! ! I scheduled an appointment with Jamie (internet sales) to view and test drive a used vehicle. I texted Jamie numerous times to verify that the vehic ! After numerous attempts, she finally responded to me 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and assured me the vehicle was on site. So I drove 50 minutes from my house and paid numerous tolls only to be greeted by someone else and they informed me that the vehicle was NOT on site and that it had flooded during a storm 1 1/2 months ago. Basically Jamie lied to me. The General Manager came out to apologize to me. I asked if he could at least reimburse me for my gas and the tolls. He said "no", but then had the gall to try to offer me a special deal on a new car. I got up and left. No integrity and terrible dealership. More
Keating Toyota is a prime example of a dealership that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. After agreeing on a price for the same vehicle over the phone, they attempted to upsell me a more expe prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. When I refused, they pressured me to get proposals from other dealerships so they could underbid them. However, they never provided me with a written proposal of their own, making it impossible for me to shop around. Their deceptive tactics are a clear indication of their lack of integrity. I strongly urge anyone considering buying a car to avoid Keating Toyota at all costs. Their unethical business practices are a disgrace to the automotive industry. More

They are using a bait and fish method to get you to go to the dealership, advertising vehicles they don’t have or have but at a different price. Vehicles that are online and on their websites aren’t correct, the dealership, advertising vehicles they don’t have or have but at a different price. Keating has an F rating in the BBB, and I will be reporting them for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act for running my husbands credit without his consent as he wasn’t present for this. Rico is a liar and doesn’t know how to understand the calculations in his industry, Eric bowman tries to get buyers to pay for taxes on a lease, which is not the responsibility of the leasee in Texas, so don’t fall for it. Sean is the partner who ran credit without consent and literally laughed in my face when I told him my MSRP and monthly goal. Overall AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! My Husband and I made the trip from Dallas to purchase a Venza. Or total time at the dealership was just over 8 hours. We arrived at 11am and left at 7pm. We saw numerous customers who arrived after us get Venza. Or total time at the dealership was just over 8 hours. We arrived at 11am and left at 7pm. We saw numerous customers who arrived after us get helped by the finance team and we were constantly getting passed up.We made the 4 hour trip from Dallas and it was a terrible experience. Looking back if we knew if this is how our experiences was going to turn out we would have never made the trip. The trim level on the vehicle that was advertised was not accurate. It was not a limited trim and I tried to explain this to the Brenda. She was adamant the vehicle was a limited when in fact I had to provide proof it was not. A customer should not know more about the vehicle than the associate...and it's a Toyota dealership. The car fax still reflects the incorrect trim and we were forced to sign it. We also reviewed a notice we were eligible for a $1k additional on the trade and $700 off sales price, that was never honored. Experience with the finance dept was terrible. They ran my credit more than the two times that was agreed. AL from the finance team was not willing to correct the final monthly payment. An additional 12 cents was added on. The dealership might had received their sales quota for the day but they lost repeat business and a loyal customer over 12 cents. The finance (AL) group decided to wait until all the banks were close...and this was the reason the they could not provide accurate rates. This is a very shady tactic. AL even encouraged us to walk out and take our business elsewhere as he did not want accommodate any of our requests or answer questions. When we did a final look at the vehicle we noticed dirt and food crumbs in the front and rear of the car. Those were never cleaned and we had to clean ourselves. Three large and deep scratches were also noticed Those were never taken care of. The issues were brought up to Daniel (manager) but he never took care of them. He promised he would but he dropped the ball. The surprising part was the numbers and negotiations were taken care of over a week before purchase date. We had to do was test drive the car and take care of financing. Took 8 hours to complete those two tasks. The vehicle was not detailed or ready when we arrived. We waited 2 hours until we actually got the see the vehicle. The team was not prepared and it shows how everything turned out. The Keating Decal and license plate frame has already been taken off. I do not want anyassocistion with this dealership. This will be first and last time we will ever buy a vehicle from a Keating dealership, especially this one. I would stay clear as their tactics are beyond unethical and dishonest. More
