We apologize for the misunderstanding on the pricing of the two different vehicles you inquired about. We went back and reviewed the phone call between you and Ashley where you asked about the unit that was in stock and listed for $33,000. You also inquired about a black one that was in-transit and Ashley did point out that this vehicle was listed for $34,800. We always aim to remain up front and transparent with our customers. We were willing to honor the listed price of $33,000 on the one in stock and even discounted the in-transit unit an additional $700. In most cases, we will typically price cars that are here on the ground more aggressively than units that have not yet arrived. We wish we would have been able to come to an agreement and had the opportunity to earn your business.

I appreciate your response, but I stand by my review. Your online pricing may have been listed, but that doesn’t change the fact that my experience at your dealership was far from professional. The black vehicle was listed at $33,700, and I asked Ashley if she could match $33,100. She agreed, yet the attitude from your GSM and salesperson was dismissive and unaccommodating. Respect and professionalism should be the foundation of any customer interaction, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit. Instead of handling the situation professionally, your team’s approach was more of a “get out of my face” attitude, as if customers walking into your dealership are an inconvenience. Additionally, basic courtesy especially when speaking to a woman was completely absent. Rather than acknowledging these issues, your response only reinforces the lack of accountability. A business that values its reputation should be willing to address concerns constructively instead of deflecting. I hope this serves as a reminder to improve customer interactions moving forward.
