The last time we were in the finance office, I was not impressed and felt pressured and disrespected although we have excellent credit. I felt strong armed by this high ranking finance manager. He'd been there for a while, so I feel like he's almost too comfortable and had lost some of the customer-first mentality Buckalew is known for. I rate the dealer less than 5 stars for that experience. More

Have been trying to get my truck into Wiesner for weeks. I was told for a check engine light it had to be left for 3-4 days. I already had a diagnostic done on it and was told it was the catalytic convert I was told for a check engine light it had to be left for 3-4 days. I already had a diagnostic done on it and was told it was the catalytic converter. I was going to have to rent a car for those days. Gave Buckalew a call, got an appt and was offered a shuttle ride home. When they found out it was indeed the catalytic converter…they said it would take a week to get the part. They offered to send the shuttle to come back to pick me up and I could have my car back until they got the part in. Customer service is what Wiesner is lacking. Communication is what Wiesner is lacking. Buckalew has got the right mind set. From Perry to the shuttle driver….kudos. More
