Ask for Hugh! I went in today to buy out my Forester lease and I had to come on here to write a review about Hugh Stewart. I came into the dealership with a loan offer from my bank and he was quickly able to get me a much more favorable rate. He definitely went above and beyond and drove my car with me onto the freeway to show me how to operate the Eyesight Lane Assist. This was on a Sunday at 5:30pm! We will definitely be back to purchase our next Subaru from Hugh! FYI, they are an honest dealership and they are not marking up their new cars like other competitors. More
Watch out for scams, especially as a woman. My pregnant wife went there to have the horn looked at. They claimed it was rodent damage and the harness had to be replaced for $1200. What they failed to realize was that the horn would work for the door locks and the horn would work if you hit the panic button. But when my wife returned, the female connector was missing from the horn, and the line was cut. What a bunch of dishonest scoundrels. Never going there again. More
Serviced was absolutely non-existent, no communication at all. Went in for simple, basic oil change at 10:45am, Sat.! Service dis-advisor comes to the waiting area at 2:45pm, wasted the whole day and informs us, sorry, but we could not service your vehicle today, we will reschedule and get you out of here right away! 15 mins later no word or person shows up. We were completely forgotten about until I went to get my car, which was sitting there ready to go!! Total disregard for customer service, lost our trust and Loyalty for them. Will not return, Frank Subaru, National City, treated us with professionalism and will gain our loyalty and following!! If you've got no job, nothing to do, no family, no friends, no computer and likes to waste your day, Go to Kearny Mesa Subaru and schedule Service! Good Luck, By the Way, there was an Emergency room Doctor there as well in the same exact situation as us but, he showed up at 11;40am and was livid, pissed off, screaming at the same dips..t advisor, until I told him we were there at 10:45am until now with no service! So it was not just us! Unbelievable! Remember, waste your day, visit Kearny Mesa Subaru for simple basic service that should take an hour and a half. Morons! More
