I came in to trade in a leased car for a used car. The salesman (Colton) was very friendly and explaining the car said it included the car alarm and had an extended warranty... Long story short, it wasn't until I was signing the papers to purchase the used car when it was about $6000+ more than I anticipated... and it was the "extra car alarm and the extended warranty" that caused the price to go up... I re-iterated what he told me but obviously didn't mention it and I spoke with the manager (Tim) about it and he didn't back down either... I walked out... However, I did come back the next day and still bought the car (minus the car alarm and the extended warranty) I just felt that they had a price on the car and mis-led me and knew they were misleading me... I love the car...but this is the 2nd time I've visited this dealership and both times I did not find them very customer friendly... More

We were very fortunate to be approached by Diego Castro when we arrived at Kearny Mesa Subaru’s lot in May and were extremely pleased with his casual yet knowledgeable sales approach. We ended up ordering a 2024 Crosstrek with Diego’s guidance and were very pleased with how he regularly kept us informed of when to expect its arrival. I started my research online which I prefer and site was clear and accurate. Diego was then my contact person and he was helpful, professional, efficient, friendly and honest. The sales person was great - she helped me a lot and was on time for our meeting. The finance guy was good - I got out of there in less than 90 minutes. They did try to give me a 6.99% finance loan - I told on time for our meeting. The finance guy was good - I got out of there in less than 90 minutes. They did try to give me a 6.99% finance loan - I told them NO I got a 5.64% one from my credit union. They make a lot on subaru financing......I would recommend them though. More

Untrustworthy service department and management. After several visits regarding frequently dying battery and being dismissed, finally I presented a copy of a Class Action Lawsuit about the battery i After several visits regarding frequently dying battery and being dismissed, finally I presented a copy of a Class Action Lawsuit about the battery issue they found the problem, but they refused to accommodate for any expense or faulty disc functional parts. For the battery and they disconnected the faulty DCM without replacing it with a new one. After posting reviews on Yelp and Google Christina S. left me a voice message to no longer take my 2019 Outback to their dealership for service. This dealership has serious customer service issues.
