Mrs. Capiral, we are sorry to see you wrote an unhappy review of our customer service. Especially given the circumstances of your visit. When you came in for a concern regarding your 2020 Ascent, which was out of warranty, we performed a diagnosis and found there to be no issue with your vehicle. While we had your vehicle, we provided you with a courtesy vehicle to drive at no cost to you, a cost that our retailer internalized for the sake of Customer Service. When you brought back our courtesy Subaru, you had damaged one of the tires on it and initially refused to pay for the replacement of the tire and argued that you did not think you were liable for the damage although you acknowledged that you had signed the rental liability agreement. At this time, our Service Manager agreed to only charge you for the cost of the tire, since you stated that you and your spouse could not afford the price of the replacement tire and the labor associated with replacement. Per your request, we also delayed charging your card for 1 week. Finally, your service's cost to you was waived as a gesture of goodwill. If you do not consider all these outstanding acts of kindness by our staff as sufficient customer service then we can only ask that you find a different location to service your vehicle.
