Took off work and got call morning of, that they would need to order that and not to come and it would be 6-8weeks for them to get it. I had put off going at all because my last visit there was a 5 hour wait with an appointment to get a new door remote programmed.. Appointment time means nothing but you "get to come" that day, not that your car will be taken care of at that time. Would go ANYWHERE else to avoid this place but afraid they are only place handling recall fixes...act like doing me big favor and I'm getting something free. I'd prefer stuff that didn't have to be recalled and if it did, they'd make it easy. More

After trying others and doing research, i decided on the Forester and went back a couple of weeks later. I met up with Adam again. He worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted and worked out a deal. I was pleased with my treatment and how things went. I definitely recommend this Subaru dealer. More
