Customer service doesn't exist here Don't even bother calling the service center. They don't pick up. They lack the ability to communicate effectively with customers about status of ve Don't even bother calling the service center. They don't pick up. What takes others an hour they will do in five hours and probably not get it done. They push the problem onto the customer and lie. Will never, ever use them again. Had to pay for Uber to get to and from work and dealership because of their poor communication skills and inability to work with us to get a loaner. When else finally got the car there was no apology or explanation. However we were told "I owe u a carwash because our machines r down.". xxx More

Don't waste your time, they play tons of games. GO TO FRANK SUBARU AND ASK FOR MARCO!!!!! They said they have ton's of cars on their multiple lots and they could get any car you want same day GO TO FRANK SUBARU AND ASK FOR MARCO!!!!! They said they have ton's of cars on their multiple lots and they could get any car you want same day if they didn't have it. So we told the sales rep what we wanted and he ran our application and tried to get us into the most expensive car and wouldn't work with us on finding the one we wanted he said that they didn't have it and couldn't get it till February. Then he brought in the manager in to tell us that we want a car everyone want's so it's going to be hard for them to find a car. While wasting 2 hours I found online Frank Subaru had the car I wanted ( the one Kearny Mesa said isn't in the state of Califonia) and they kindly put it on hold and it was a seamless process and better price!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! More
