I bought my 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV from Kearny Mesa Kia and have been going there for maintenance ever since. When I purchased my Kia I was told that there would be certain discounts, but I had to have them redo the contract because those discounts were not added. Then there was a safety recall and I drove over t certain discounts, but I had to have them redo the contract because those discounts were not added. Then there was a safety recall and I drove over two hours to have it taken care of along with the first servicing (8000 miles). I was told it would take 2 or more. Since I drove over two hours to get there I decided to wait the 2 + hours in the lobby. After well over four hours I had to find them to ask where my car was. With some excuses they told me they were washing it. I had to go ASK THEM. So, the three stars I marked was generous considering shoddy sales and poor customer service in the Service department. More

Terrible service experience. Had to put $3000 down for an $800 part that took a month to arrive. Called 3 times for ETA on the part and never got a call back.
