I bought my daughter a new Kia suv from this dealer last August. She took the vehicle to the service department for its first oil change. The service advisor tried to “upsale” her on an oil,coolant,and fuel August. She took the vehicle to the service department for its first oil change. The service advisor tried to “upsale” her on an oil,coolant,and fuel additive for over $100, on a new vehicle! She declined after speaking to me. Met with Jeremy the service manager. We agreed to disagree on the service advisors recommendation. I would not recommend this dealership for purchase nor service. Only warranty repairs. More
