We purchased a used Mazda3 and were told the car did not have any anti-theft package, so we purchased LoJack $700. We left the car overnight because it needed a new battery because it was dead and they wer have any anti-theft package, so we purchased LoJack $700. We left the car overnight because it needed a new battery because it was dead and they were to "install" the LoJack. The next morning I found out from their ad in the Auto Trader that the car indeed had a built-in anti-theft package, so I called that morning and told them we did not want the LoJack. At first they said okay, but later in the afternoon they reniged and said it was already installed and we had to buy it. I asked them to uninstall it as we purchased the LoJack under false pretenses. The "manager" Matt said too bad --if you want the car you HAVE TO buy the LoJack. Knowing we had been taken, we decided we would not purchase the vehicle and then had to sign documents to withdraw from the deal. Manager Matt is very defensive as was thesale associate after he found out we did not want the LoJack (Vince). The only one who was decent the entire time was Carrie in finance. They are LIARS! Beware! More
Had 2010 G37 serviced twice since leasing it last June. First time was for a noise I was hearing under hood. They replaced a valve of some sort and I was out of there in 30 minutes...couldn't believe it. W First time was for a noise I was hearing under hood. Second time was for routine oil change and 6 month maintenance check recently. Again, was out of there in 40 minutes after relaxing in comfortable waiting area. Service staff on both occasions were professional and cordial. Highly recommend as sales person, manager, and finance person were equally professional and low-key when I got the car. Nice place to do business. More
