So this would have been my 3rd car purchased from Infiniti. I show up ready to buy the car. I spend hours waiting and doing paper work and so on. this was my only day off this week and I spent it at Infiniti. I show up ready to buy the car. I was about to sign the contract for the car and drive off with the car after hours of waiting. But guess what? the guy typing the contract up gets an urgent phone call from an associate. Apparently, the car was already sold two weeks earlier. They tried to find a replacement for the same price but it was all in vain. at this point, im rightfully pissed off. not only did they make me wait all those hours; they ran my credit twice. once online and again in the person. I had to pay for uber driver back and forth. I walked away empty handed with no car that I desperately needed for work. so here I am with no car and hurt credit score from them running the credit. and a complete waste of time on my only day off from work. im super angry and super sad at the same time. this has been the worst car buying experience in my life. no one should ever have to go through this. this was a huge error on their part. poor communication, poor management, poor everything. I will be contacting corporate office and will let them know what happened. someone should be held accountable for this huge mistake. I the consumer ended up paying for it in the end. I walked away worse off than I began. so for those trying to buy car from this dealership beware. More
