If you're credit is bad, they don't care to help. They advertise a "fresh start" program to help you get into a vehicle. If you take advantage of this, they treat you differently then someone coming in as a normal finance. I was never shown a physical car. Wasn't given the option to test drive, I honestly wasn't even shown a picture of the vehicle I was "purchasing". That is the beginning of my 3 day buying experience. Started on monday morning, which went all the way into the evening. Was told to come back on Tuesday. My car wasn't ready until Wednesday afternoon, so they gave us loaner, but never turned off the security features. So once it was parked in my drive way, that's where it stayed till someone could turn off the security features. Was told my car would be ready for pick up on Wednesday by noon. I left the dealership at 3pm. It just seems like nobody really cared. There were 2 people that helped the whole process that helped that seemed genuinely helpful. Everyone else was just there for the money. To top it off, I DO NOT have a copy of my paper work. More

Because I had “A” plan their finance manager kept jacking up the price with add ons. More interested in boosting his dollar quota than making a sale. The guy was a total arrogant jerk so after 31 years of Fo up the price with add ons. More interested in boosting his dollar quota than making a sale.
