We custom ordered a 12 passenger transit. This dealership did their best to help us get it. The only downside is our headlight choice was left off our order and I caught it too late. I think this could have been avoided if it were done electronically. Also when we came to purchase I was told a total that was $1,000 less and they would not honor that price. We also had checks in hand and did not need to do anything but sign papers and we had to wait three hours to do this with our four young children. Overall it was not a stellar experience. More
Salesman Tach was attentive with 2 hours of showing us cars and test driving the one we purchased. 3 dealer “fluff” add-ons/markups. 2 of them were negotiated away. When told we would return the following day and pay cash, he and sales manager “Mike” seemed aggravated. They eventually surrendered to our wish and we did return the next day to buy the car. I rate this transaction as “par for the course”. In order for me to rate a car dealership as excellent or outstanding, they must offer the best value up front and “exceed my expectations”. Instead you put Sales Department, what kind of brain the designer has, this is a dealership, people deal and buy cars, we only talks to Sales Team and Finance, we dont talk to Administration. Update your web page and remove the Administrative, add the Sales Department on the very top follow by Finance. More
