My prior interactions with the dealership have been less than stellar, hence the 4-star review. Calling to fix a recall in the past was an exercise in futility. The dealership never had the right parts. There is no car rental provided (and big Chrysler does not reimburse despite their promises, but that’s another story). But for an actual issue, I’d highly recommend dealing with Chris if he is available. More

I complained to the service manager, Larry, who was hostile and belligerent. He asked me if the call center gave me any reason to expect decent service. I leased my vehicle from this dealership and the initial leasing process was fine, but every interaction I"ve had with the dealership and the service department since then has been terrible. This is my 5th Jeep and I love it. I will buy another one but definitely not from this dealership. More
Had a morning appointment to drop off Jeep Wrangler for service (check engine light was on). Waited in line (which was out the driveway and down the street) for half an hour. Was told that because "Fonzi service (check engine light was on). Waited in line (which was out the driveway and down the street) for half an hour. Was told that because "Fonzie" had not shown up that I could fill out a form and he would call me when he came in. When I declined to do that they said I had to leave the car for three days, and they had no loaners. When I complained to the service manager "Larry", he asked me if the call center where I made the appointment gave me any reason to expect prompter service, accused me of being rude (I WAS very exasperated), told me to "stop being coy" with him and refused to call for a rental car. He also said they had 75 cars backed up for service. If this is true, why was I given an appointment? This was the dealership where I originally leased the vehicle. The vehicle has 12,500 miles on it. At the 10,000 mile service (at a different service center) the "check engine" light problem was allegedly solved. More

My Rep, Junior, is great. I have been going there for years and will continue to go as they are honest and do not try to oversell unnecessary work. I went for brakes and they took them apart and said they were still good and just needed a good cleaning as i go to the beach a lot and sand was making the squeaking noise. They rotated my tires while at it too. More
