I had an appointment for my eco diesel Ram 1500 to get the oil changed. I got there early but waited in line for 45 minutes before anyone signed in my truck. Then I was told it would take 3 hours for th the oil changed. I got there early but waited in line for 45 minutes before anyone signed in my truck. Then I was told it would take 3 hours for the service. What good was an appointment??? My truck went to the back of the a long line. I finally got a service tech to move it up to the front since i was waiting for it. After 3.5 hours, it was done and then they put the checkout paperwork on the desk of a service advisor that was at lunch. I saw 3 service advisors in the office that we not doing anything but gabbing and when I asked them, they pushed the paperwork to an advisor that was outside finishing up with another customer. So another 20 minutes was wasted before I could pay the bill. More
My car remained parked on the lot for several days before receiving any attention. Despite requesting updates multiple times to address various issues, the advisor claimed there were no available updates. Af receiving any attention. Despite requesting updates multiple times to address various issues, the advisor claimed there were no available updates. After providing them with the TSB and software updates myself, they finally acknowledged the need for them. However, they lacked the necessary parts to resolve another issue and suggested rescheduling, prolonging the wait once again. All in all, this whole experience has been less than satisfactory. More
Went in for an oil change and when I left I noticed my turn signal was blinking fast and when I returned to tell them about it they said they noticed it and failed to tell me and put it on the inspection turn signal was blinking fast and when I returned to tell them about it they said they noticed it and failed to tell me and put it on the inspection sheet. When I arrived at home I opened my hood and noticed there was a lot of oil all over the engine compartment. This is the first place I’ve taken my car to and will not be returning. More
