When I am shopping for a new car, I do not like games that some dealerships play!!!! I am interested in a polite salesman that answers my questions in a professional manner. I did a lot of research before I visited Rancho Jeep regarding what I should pay for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Rancho's price was 'a little bit higher' than my researched price......(Edmonds, AAA, and Costco). George was upfront and told me he would get me the best price---he did, and then beat it!!!! I had a trade in and felt that they gave me a very fair price!!!! My wife and I are very happy with the service and Love Our Jeep Grand Cherokee!!! I would highly recommend Rancho Jeep and George Nohra!!!! More

The salesman George Nohra, at first said everything that everyother dealer said, that he would do his best ext..However, George worked for (2) days straight trying to find the best deal possible, evaluating all possibilities, and deligently represented me to the highest standard. He came through for my family and I like no other dealer has ever done. Most people always say one thing, but do another, but George seriously has the upmost intergrity, and never took anything during the sale for granted. I would reccomend this delaership, and particularly George to anyone who wants forthright representation in purchasing a new vehicle. As a former Military and Law Enforcement Officer, George is the type of delaer one can only hope to encounter, he makes things happen, and at no point was my family and I ever feeling in the dark or that it was another dealer trying to sell, but rather someone looking out for our best interests Thanks again George, we love our new truck, and we are very satisfied with the payment and overall sale. Took my Cherokee in for an oil change because they had a coupon which included a 23-point inspection. While they had it they noticed that the airbag needed to be replaced due to a factory recall (fine, did coupon which included a 23-point inspection. They tore up the console & screwed up the shifter (not aligned), and the gears were jumping in & out of place as a result. Had to take it back for them to fix it. Long story short, they ended up charging us $500 for their incompetence, also their service manager was rude, obnoxious and didn't budge. NEVER VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. It was a horrible experience from all levels. More
