He was very friendly and informative. After looking at only two vehicles we knew what we wanted so we went inside to see how much the car we wanted would cost us. We did wait a while but they crunched the numbers and made it possible to get the vehicle that we wanted for practically the same payment as the car we were trading in. So overall our experience was good. We went there to look and kill time and we left with a new (pre-owned) mini van without going anywhere else. And we love it. More
