Instantly helped with issues Ive had on new car for 5 months I've been dealing with another service department where I purchased my new car. Five months of trying to correct issues and no one helping even a case manager. Went into Rancho service, told them he instructed the service tech and my car was finally a new car.. I only spent minutes there and my car was only there half a day after trying to correct issues for over 5 months at other location. Rancho service will be the only place I will be going for service at this point. They gave me a renewed feeling about my new car. It will also be where I go to purchase from now on. Learned a valuable lesson about the importance of a dealer with a quality service sales relationship. You don't know how much I appreciated going in and being treated as well as I was and feeling like a person that did just buy a new car.. More

I went inside to negotiate and had to deal with the sales manager, whom was not very helpful. I was trying to negotiate a better deal and he was only coming down about a hundred dollars at a time. I get it. They're there to make money and sell cars. I decided that what he offered me wasn't worth it and walked away from the deal. The next day Carlos called me and asked me if I had reconsidered the offer. I let him know that I wasn't interest in the offer that was made to me last night. He talked to the sales manager and we met somewhere in the middle. I let him know I would be in around 6 to sign the paperwork. When I got there I did try to negotiate a little more but he didn't budge. That was fine. We had agreed upon a price over the phone. I just needed to wait to talk to someone in finance. Well, I waited over 2 hours to finally see Kevin in finance. They only had one person waiting in finance and apparently my coming in at about 5:30 put me 3rd or 4th in line. Why they couldn't call someone in to help is beyond me. The night before when I was there and we couldn't come to an agreement there were 3 people from finance! Carlos was nice and offered me water while I waited. He sat and chatted with me. The sales manager, however, would walk right past me and act like I wasn't even there. After waiting for over an hour I asked him how much longer the wait would be. It wasn't until then that he apologized for the wait. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the car buying industry. When Kevin finally became available the sales manager called across the room "He's ready" and waved me over. Not even the courtesy to walk over to me and let me know that way. Kevin was great and got me out of there within 10-15 minutes. He did mention that my paperwork had gotten to him 5 minutes before I stepped into his office. If they had all of my info the night before, and if we came to an agreement in the morning, why wouldn't they have had all of my stuff ready to go? Why did I have to wait for over 2 hours? If they were short staffed why wouldn't they call someone else to help in the department that obviously could use more people working? The sales manager should practice some empathy. Learn to be more apologetic if his customers are inconvenienced. My car only had one key and one fob. They didn't offer to get me a spare because they're not a Chevy dealership. There is one next door. That would've been a nice gesture. I asked for the inspection report. Apparently the didn't have one, although they claim an inspection was done. When I finally was given my car after the "detail" it was covered in smudges and drips. After a review on yelp their customer relations manager reached out to me. Didn't offer to make it up to me in any way. Not even a simple offer to re-detail the car. I was very disappointed with this experience. I did end up purchasing the vehicle, but after this, there is no way I would ever purchase another vehicle from here or recommend this dealership to anyone! I regret giving them my business. Everyone should stay clear of this place. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that actually care about customer experience. Oh and I reviewed them in Facebook and found that they pad their own reviews with reviews from staff. Shady. More

I contacted the dealer via email to make sure the vehicle is still available. The sales manager (Robert) replied back saying it is going through inspection and should be ready that evening or the next day and they would contact me. I don't hear from anyone for a few days so I go to the dealership to view the vehicle. The car of course was sitting in the back and hasn't even been touched. Still being very interested in the car, I ask to check it out. They couldn't find the keys at first and then once they did the car didn't even start up (Why is it listed online for sale if its not ready?) I then leave my information with the sales man Arnoldo who tells me it will be ready tomorrow or the next day and he would contact me. Another 5 days go by and nothing...I check online to see if they updated the photos as they said they would, but all they have done is raise the price of the vehicle $1000. I write the sales manager again and he explains the vehicle needed some maintenance hence the price bump and it will be ready that afternoon. Of course I never received any updates or communication to even make me feel like a worthy customer. Days later I check the ad online and the vehicle is gone...looks like they sold it. If the management cant even stick to their word, how can you expect their employees to. Thanks for wasting my time Rancho Chrysler. I will never do business with you after that experience and will make sure anyone I know does the same. More

Purchased a Fiat 500 Sport just this past week, and had to be one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences ever! And that's usually not the case with most dealerships. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went in the first time and they were very nice but I decided against a purchase because payments were just too high. First they decided I couldn't get into a Dodge Durango so showed me the journey, I was okay with it and decided I could be happy with the vehicle however I wasn't 100% sure but they continued to push - they were not able to get me the monthly payment I requested and then accused me of not being flexible. I had FOUR different people come to 'talk me into' a high payment. They were mean, pushy, and refused for a half hour to give me my keys and registration after I asked them a number of times for them so I could just leave. IT WAS AWFUL. I felt degraded, lied to, pushed around and I will NEVER go back there again! More
I gave this dealership this high rating because they deserve it. I purchased my vehicle there and had it serviced there three times. One was a major repair and the other two for oil changes.
