Jeep Renegade Purchase Did most of the paperwork online to save time at dealership including filling out the credit application. Was quoted a price and interest rate. Got t Did most of the paperwork online to save time at dealership including filling out the credit application. Was quoted a price and interest rate. Got to the dealer, test drove the car. Unfortunately I had to fill out a paper copy of application at the dealer. So much for saving time. They did try to change my rate, but after saying I would leave if they changed my deal, I went into the finance office to finalize process. Kyle was very thorough in explaining all our purchase options and additonal coverage. More
Upset Me and my husband bought a Jeep Patriot in 2014 then 2016 came along and we traded in our 2014 jeep for a Renegade 2016. We truly came back because we had a good experience the first time. When we got there we met Julio our sales guy, Great guy!!! I told him our situation and he helped us without a problem. However, the problem came after we bought the car. When we test drove the car the tire pressure light was on, so Julio acknowledged it and we continued with out test drive. We ended up buying the car. After we took it home we notice that the tire pressure light came on again so we went back 3 days later and talked to service manger Marcos, He was rude and unprofessional, told me I had to pay for the repair of the nail that was on the tire, I explained how we had noticed that during the test drive and he cared less. He did fix the tire by patching it at no cost, but when the tire consultant came out he told us it would only hold for about 6 months and then we would need to buy a new tire, I was furious. I called Julio and explained the whole thing, and Julio was nice enough to get us an approval for a new tire. When the tire came in Marcos dropped the ball and gave it to someone else, then I kept calling Julio and he kept telling me that my tire was ordered and that this time a lady (Kristine) would call me and take care of me. Here I am 1 month later and I have no new tire. I have left several messages for "office" personal and no one had bothered to return my call. I guess after you sign the contract they can care less about customer service. Alaysa Balderas More
Terrible Unprofessional and incompetent -Scratched my brand new truck it had to be repainted. -Service department didn't fix any of the mechanical issues wi Unprofessional and incompetent -Scratched my brand new truck it had to be repainted. -Service department didn't fix any of the mechanical issues with my truck, they actually caused my steering wheel to make noise it didn't before. -The service manager said he wouldn't fix the noise his department caused bc Dodge wouldn't pay for the part. -The sales team who sold me the vehicle were terrible, they are dishonest and unethical (Sergio and Alex). This whole dealership is terrible, go to San Diego Dodge. More
