Taking advantage of a young girl -- horrible service center Sent my 20 year old daughter here for what should have been warranty service. Ultimately, work was not covered by warranty -- fine with that, based on the explanation -- but WOW did they then try to hugely overcharge her for parts and labor. They wanted to charge over $300 in labor for what they admit is 15 minutes of work, and worse yet, they admitted that they overcharge ALL of their customers. Kai in service was horrible, and gave me the total run around. Luckily my daughter called me in tears (because she couldn't afford the repairs), and I was able to figure out that they were absolutely taking advantage of her. Shame on you Kai, and shame on you Rancho Chrysler. It's that kind of stuff that gives back alley car shops a bad name. It's horrible for a dealer -- I would NEVER recommend this place or trust their take on a problem. Just horrible. More

Cracked Radiator After discovering I had a cracked radiator, I took my jeep to Rancho. I am covered under warranty so price was not an issue however, after calling San After discovering I had a cracked radiator, I took my jeep to Rancho. I am covered under warranty so price was not an issue however, after calling San Diego CJDR, trying to set up an appointment I was told that they would call me back. Allen at Rancho CDJR instants was able to provide all information, advises me of the timeline which was not delayed, and kept me informed the whole time. I will never go to SD CDJR again in that when I tried to even get an appointment they said they would call back and never bothered to do so. Rancho has amazing customer support and everyone was incredibly professional. Highly recommend going here rather than other dealerships! More

Major service at close to 100,000 miles I have used Rancho numerous times for equally numerous service reasons. I have found the work to always be excellent as Billy A assures me it will. He takes time to go over all my concerns which cant be easy considering I am very inquisitive. He also reviews with me and "a raised hood" as needed the work performed. I have been relying on Rancho for over 5 years with this vehicle and recommend service and sales without reservations. I drive 135 miles one way to have work done....it is very important that it is done properly and timely and I depend on my Ram daily being single and with no family to call....it always is a comfort to know despite stuff coming up ...that my vehicle is always finished and ready per Rancho's (and Billy's) word!
