Never again. More painful than alcohol in an open wound I took my car to the dealer as I thought it may be covered under warranty. First off, there was a recall on my car the service rep knew nothing about. I took my car to the dealer as I thought it may be covered under warranty. First off, there was a recall on my car the service rep knew nothing about. Then he tells me that he will have an update by 2. I had to call after 3 for an update as he never called. Then, he still didn’t know. Mind you, my car was there at 9am. Saturday comes around and I finally get an update. I’m told I need a new engine. It won’t be under warranty. I explained I will have to take it to a different shop. He explained it would have to be towed as it can’t be driven. He said I can get it Monday by 6. I called Monday and was now told I had to have got it by 4. Ugh!! Tues morning I was able to get it towed out after they drove it out to me. Hmmm. I thought it shouldn’t be driven yet you drove it. Ugh!! That’s just some of it. Never again!! More

Service Department -No Comminication Hello, We brought Our Van into the Dealership on Wednesday Dec. 27th for a Transmission leak at 7:30 am. I finally talked to an advisor the same nig Hello, We brought Our Van into the Dealership on Wednesday Dec. 27th for a Transmission leak at 7:30 am. I finally talked to an advisor the same night at 6 pm when they were closing. He had no News or progress to share. He was friendly. This is the 1st Chrysler I have owned. I’m used to the Service Advisor calling Thru out the day to give me an update of why they found and an estimated time. (When I get Service With My Ford and Mazda. Ford and Mazda Dealerships have been great thru out the Years. ) The Advisor said he would help approve a rental car the next day. They were sold out so we ended up getting a Rental 2 Days later.. Saturday came and went with no call or update on the van. They are closed Sunday. Monday was a Holiday-New Years Day. There was no call to me or My Husband to mention The progress. The advisor said he would call to let us know what was needed before they did the work. The Advisor called on Tuesday afternoon to say the Van is done and My Hisband brought the rental car back on Wed. Jan. 3rd.,2018. The Advisor handed the paperwork and didn’t explain anything. My Husband waited 1/2 hour to talk to the Advisor while also waiting for the Van. He noticed that the Recall Sticker that he asked them to put on the Vin Numbers Area wasn’t done so he had to wait while they did that, too. Nothing was ever explained to me and My Husband about The repairs that were completed. I tried to call the Advisor a few times during this week and his Mailbox was full the whole time and no messages can be recorded. I tried calling the new few days after getting the van back too with no luck. When My Husband brought my van back I noticed that there were 2 deep scratches to the back of the van that took the paint off down to the metal. These were new and were not there when we took the van in., I am not used to car Dealership treating Customers like this. I would not recommend Rancho Chrysler at all. I will drive further next time to get my Van fixed. It is a 2015 Town And Country and under the Manufacturier Warranty. Thank You for asking for Ky Review., I do want to add that the Receptionist tried to help me from the time I called for an Appt. To other times I called. She could not get any response from the Servixe Department for Me More

Superb Attention to Detail Kai Cabigon was on hand early this morning to get my car and others' checked into service in an orderly and considerate manner. Kai leaves no detail o Kai Cabigon was on hand early this morning to get my car and others' checked into service in an orderly and considerate manner. Kai leaves no detail out. The detailer who worked on my car did a beautiful job with the chrome and even got scratches out of the paint!! He got out a long scratch on the passenger side. Since they are professionals, if you love your vehicle, I would recommend you bring it here. Kai provided my car early ahead of time. He walked me around the car to make sure the detail was to my satisfaction. The detailer even found a credit card that had fallen under the seat and an extra valet keyfob. Totally honest detailer. Plus, they cleaned up the massive amount of dog hair that had accumulated in the car. It looks like new now. The leather interior shines, too. The whole car gleams. Thanks for a great job to Kai and his masterful team! More
