My CSR, William Gonzalez, was excellent. He did everything he could to accommodate me. He went out of his way to get me a free rental, which were in very limited supply. I couldn't have asked fo everything he could to accommodate me. He went out of his way to get me a free rental, which were in very limited supply. I couldn't have asked for a nicer CSR! The dealership was very backed up with transmission work, however-- it took about 2 weeks for them to get to it. . The dealership needs to hire more transmission mechanics, especially considering the high failure rate of Chrysler transmissions. Fortunately, the transmission was replaced under warranty this time. They washed the car before giving it back to me, which was nice. I can't comment on the price, because all I had to pay was the $100.00 deductible with the 100,000 mile power-train warranty (thankfully). More
