Worst customer service. Dropped my vehicle at 140pm for an oil change, they promised that it would be done by 330 because it was a slow day. By 5pm I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called and was gre an oil change, they promised that it would be done by 330 because it was a slow day. By 5pm I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called and was greeted by a simple “yes”, asked for the service department, and asked that guy for an update. He said there was nothing in the computer regarding the status of my vehicle, and that he would have to message the technician, who would be calling me so I wouldn’t have to call back( the same technician that I had text for a status update and gotten no reply). After about 50 minutes without hearing anything, I call back and again ask for a status update, the guy (same guy from before) was like didn’t I talk to you earlier? I told him yes, and that I still hadn’t heard anything. He told me to hold on a minute because everything is crazy there because they are about to close, the. Comes back and says that the technician working on my car left work 30 minutes earlier and they don’t know the status of the oil change, and that I’ll have to call back tomorrow. I told him I needed that vehicle to get to work in the morning, to which he was like oh-well. The folllowing morning, my wife goes in at 7am, and the vehicle is sitting right up front. When she asked the technician why he didn’t call, he told her that he called me and left a message(he did not). The fact that these people lie and don’t communicate shows they don’t care. I’d give them no stars if I could. More
Bill took my call at five minutes before close about my wife’s Liberty throwing the serpentine belt. Had it towed to the dealership that night. Never had a bad dealing t this dealership and I recommend them to my friends that drive JEEP and DODGES. More
Alex was very helpful but when I turned the AC on on my way to Palm Springs it still didn’t cool the car. ordered the truck and the gm forgot to add my 12 inch screen and aux switches, wasnt to happy about that.
