My Dad called looking around for a Challenger for me. All the other dealerships gave us bogus numbers. He called and spoked to Jeff and he was busy so he handed the lead to Geddy. My dad knows how car salesman are but Geddy didn't pressure us so I decided to give him the opportunity to close us. He did. He was very professional and helpful. The whole staff who interacted with us was just awesome. We appreciate the professionalism from everyone. Last but not least my Dad forgot to get some cd's in the Civic we traded in and Geddy was kind enough to get them and hold it for us until we can pick it up. Definitely referring Kearny Mesa Dodge Dam Jeep to all my coworkers at Scripps Mercy Hospital. More

My over all experience with the service department was great. They were very informative and concerned about my vehicle. Bad communication and little updates. I asked if they offered a loaner or rental because they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it. They said they didn’t. I called another Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership offered a loaner or rental because they said it would take 3 weeks to fix it. They said they didn’t. I called another Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership and was told that they did. I thought that really odd but just had to figure it out because I had no other vehicle at the time. I got the car back and it was incomplete. The air filter wasn’t put back on right. The gas gauge stop working properly . They worked on the fuel injectors and left a piece inside the engine bay. I found it and have it in my possession and a picture of it. I would give 0 if possible. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be putting together all this together to a lawyer. This is unsat and truly shows that if you don’t pay for services you get bad services. More
